Particle

慣れる is intransitive: it doesn’t act on an object, so を can’t mark what you get used to. Use に.

来月から、大阪で働くになりました。

It’s been decided that I’ll work in Osaka from next month.

Grammar

ことになる means something was decided or arranged, which is what 来月から points to. ようになる means you’ve come to do something over time: a change in habit or ability.
